Changes are coming to the Blue Point building that houses the Gabby Petito mural.
The building located on Montauk Highway was recently sold and is now being restored.
The new landlord of the building says the mural will be preserved. A frame has been built around the painting.
Petito, a Blue Point native, disappeared and was eventually found dead in 2021.
