Funerals to be held for airmen killed in Iraq chopper crash
Funerals will be held on Long Island this week for some of the airmen from the 106th Rescue Wing killed in an Iraqi chopper crash.
The bodies of the 106th Rescue Wing members will arrive in Westhampton Beach Tuessday.
A wake is planned for Port Jeff Station's Dashan Briggs on Wednesday at the Westhampton Beach Volunteer Fire Department. His funeral is Thursday.
Meanwhile, wakes will be held Thursday and Friday for Christopher Raguso at the Commack Fire Department.
A funeral for the father of two will be Saturday at St. Joseph's Church in Kings Park.
Services will be held April 6 in Florida for Andreas O'Keeffe, of Center Moriches.
There will be a celebration of the life of Christopher Zanetis in Manhattan Wednesday and an FDNY-led procession Thursday.
