Family and friends said goodbye to a popular East End chef found dead on a Southampton Beach last Wednesday.
Police believe Keith Greene, 35, drowned.
Greene appeared on the Fox reality show "Hell's Kitchen" in 2006.
Greene was also a chef at Schmidt's Market in Southampton Village and had worked at several other Hamptons restaurants over the years.
A funeral Mass was held at the Basilica Parish of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Roman Catholic Church in Southampton.
