The sprawling former Dowling College campus in Oakdale is up for sale.
The listing appeared on Tigar Realty's website.
The property closed in 2016 and has drawn petty crime in the last few years, with cases of trespassing and vandalism - including the latest in January.
As News 12 has reported, Suffolk County was looking to purchase the property from the current owners, Mercury International, but it claims the owners never responded to their requests.
The property was sold to Mercury International after the college went bankrupt in 2017.
The former campus, which is located along the Great South Bay, is about 25 acres with eight buildings, including the Vanderbilt Mansion, a conservatory and various centers.
Vanderbilt Mansion was put on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
Tigar Realty say there are many redevelopment opportunities.
It is fielding offers until the end of June.
