We're going sweet and savory for this week's edition of Food Truck Fridays!

The Treatery Long Island is mobile thanks to Stella -- that's the name of the company's delicious mobile kitchen, which they bought in Texas.

The company's owners quit their full-time jobs back in March to fully immerse themselves in the business.

Among their delicious offerings include cake-sicles -- a self-described better version of a cake pop -- and oversized cookies, which are their signature offering that they spent the pandemic perfecting. Flavors include triple chocolate, chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin.

Other big treats include their popular s'mores in a jar or their brand-new whoopie pies.

And on the savory side, the truck also offers up a lobster roll.
