Our Food Truck Friday summer series continues!

Today we introduce you to Vincent's New York wood fired pizza trailer!

The truck is based out of East Setauket but is also available for booking.

Every part of Long Island is represented by a specialty pizza - the Nassau, Suffolk, East End and even the Long Island bacon, egg and cheese.

The truck bounces around to different places, including breweries, festivals and private events.
