Some college students will be starting their spring semester later.

News 12 has learned both Five Towns and Molloy College are pushing their start dates back to later in January.

Five Towns College in Dix Hills will now start Jan. 31 instead of Jan. 10.

Molloy College in Rockville Centre is pushing back the start of classes to Jan. 24, they were supposed to start Jan. 18.

Both schools will require booster shots to return to in-person learning. So will other universities on Long Island including Hofstra, LIU Post, and all SUNY campuses.
