A raging fire tore through a home in Kings Park on Sunday evening.

Flames could be seen billowing out from the front of the house on Broadview Avenue.

Officials tell News 12 they got the call around 5:30 p.m.

Five departments responded and were able to knock the fire down within 40 minutes, fire officials say.

One person who lives at the home refused medical attention.

There were no other injuries reported.
