Firefighters responded to a house fire that erupted in Baldwin Sunday night.

Fire officials said it happened around 6 p.m. on Milburn Avenue near Eastern Boulevard.

The flames started in a bedroom and quickly spread but firefighters were able to knock it down within the hour.

There were no reported injuries.
