A man was stabbed during an altercation in Coram.

The father and his son were involved in a fight outside of a home, when he was stabbed, according to police.

The incident happened on Dorchester Drive around 5 p.m. on Thursday.

Police tell News 12 the son is not responsible for the assault.

There are no arrests at this time.

The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
