Princess Bridals in Farmingdale is marking its 53rd anniversary by giving away 53 wedding gowns.
"We are doing this because every young woman should have the ability to have the most beautiful dress of their dreams", says Princess Bridals President Charles Prokop Jr.
Fifty-three winners with heart touching stories will receive a wedding gown for their special day.
To qualify for the gown giveaway, participants must live in New York and sign up for the contest at the store's location on Fulton Street in Farmingdale.
The contest runs until Dec.10.
Winners will be chosen in January.
