Fallen Navy SEAL honored with Memorial Day workout challenge
<p>A fallen Navy SEAL from Patchogue is being honored this Memorial Day on Long Island and across the country. The Coast Guard Station Jones Beach in Freeport held its first annual “Murph Challenge” to honor the fallen Medal of Honor recipient Lt. Michael P. Murphy. </p>
