9h agoA stolen landscaping truck involved in a hit-and-run was also involved in a wrong-way police chase at around 5 p.m. on Saturday, according to police.
The chase occurred on the Southern State Parkway and Sunrise Highway, starting in Deer Park and ending in Bohemia.
Police say the suspect intentionally slammed into another police car on Saturday injuring the officer.
The driver of the truck was arrested and has been identified as 33-year-old Arthur Lambert, from Bay Shore.
