Suffolk’s former top cop is set to face a judge today.

Former chief James Burke is accused of exposing himself in a public park in August.

Burke pleaded not guilty to public lewdness and exposure charges.

Burke served as police chief from 2012 to 2015.

Burke spent more than three years behind bars on federal charges. He pleaded guilty to beating a handcuffed man suspected of stealing sex toys and other items from his police SUV.
