Family Seashell Identification Field Walk

South Fork Natural History Museum and Nature Center

Introductory walk to seashell identification; learn how seashells form, the lives these animals lead, and more.

Long Island Aquarium & Exhibition Center

431 E. Main Street, Riverhead

Learn what it takes to be a marine mammal trainer, shadow the aquarium's marine mammal staff for a day and assist them with their daily routines including food preparation, and participation in a harbor seal training session, for children over 10.
