Each Thursday, the "East End Threshold Singers" visit the East End Hospice in Westhampton Beach.
Members sing in the hallways, outside patient's rooms and at their bedside.
Patients' families say the soothing music provide them comfort during a difficult time.
"My mom is so comfortable and to have music here helps to make a peaceful transition," explained Stephanie Neill of Southampton.
The group has singing at the hospice for close to a decade.
"It's a real spiritual experience, so the threshold singers really bring that to this space," added hospice president, Mary Crosby.
Members also sings in Spanish and Hebrew.
