It may still have the look of an old barn or farm house, but the bed and breakfast was built brand new more than a decade ago.
There are five rooms spread throughout the house, and many times all five rooms are taken by couples who are friends.
What attracts groups is the layout - kind of a ski lodge feel with a common area.
During the spring, the grounds become a popular hangout spot.
