North Fork Roadhouse in Mattituck has 30 beers on tap, many of them local, about a dozen ciders and wines on tap as well.

The road to opening for the North Fork Roadhouse was a long one. They took over a long vacant building that needed a lot of renovations.

Then the pandemic shutdown happened just as they were ready for their grand opening.

What helped during COVID-19 times is their outside areas. They have two large covered patio areas along with tables on the lawn.
