Amidst all the farms and wineries on the East End sits a potato chip factory that churns out thousands of bags of chips like a well-oiled machine.
Marty and Carol Sidor decided around 20 years ago to turn the potatoes they grew into chips, creating North Fork Potato Chips.
The chips are sold all across Long Island. They are also sold online and shipped out of state.
The flavors range from regular to barbecue to rosemary and garlic.
