The North Fork Doughnut Company in Mattituck started in 2018.

When they first opened they used to make 200 doughnuts at a time - now they're probably making 4,000 to 5,000.

They offer a variety of different doughnuts, including glazed, jelly, Boston cream, Napoleon and caramel macchiato.
