A driver escaped after their car burst into flames in Nassau County Tuesday night.

The vehicle crashed and overturned into a guardrail on the Northern State Parkway, according to officials.

The Manhasset-Lakeville Fire Department says the driver was able to get out on their own.

The incident happened eastbound near Lakeville Road in Lake Success.

There were no reported injuries.
