Donations for hurricane-hit Puerto Rico being collected in Hempstead

People across Long Island are continuing to pitch in to help the victims left devastated in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria. Nassau County Executive Ed  Mangano, the Nassau County Hispanic Advisory Board and the Nassau County Office of Minority Affairs are leading a donation collection at Circulo de la Hispanidad on Peninsula Boulevard in Hempstead.
