Riders taking the train today should expect disruptions on the Babylon Branch.
The MTA said a disabled train earlier this morning at the Babylon Yard in West Islip is causing scattered delays for the morning rush.
The incident prevented trains from accessing one of the tracks at the Babylon station.
LIRR personnel worked to remove the train from the area.
The MTA is still advising riders to allow for extra travel time or consider using alternate branches this morning, if possible.
News 12 reached out to the MTA for more information and is waiting to hear back.
