March 28 is the next big date in the case of alleged Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann, following a court appearance this morning.
Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney says he is confident the evidence should be allowed.
Tierney was asked if there were any updates on the identification of victims "Asian Doe" and "Peaches."
"I don’t believe those individuals have been publicly identified as of yet." He was then asked if he knows the identities and he responded, "That is my statement," he said.
Heuermann is accused in the murders of seven women and has pleaded not guilty.
