An NYPD officer from Nassau County has been indicted for burglary and forcible touching while on duty, according to the Queens district attorney.

Authorities say 24-year-old Justin McMillan, of Atlantic Beach, and another officer shut off their body cameras after responding to a call about prostitution in Queens.

The officers allegedly stole a key from a woman who had just left the building. Eight hours later, they returned and found a woman engaging in prostitution with a man on the premises.

The man left the scene immediately. McMillan allegedly proceeded to steal money from the prostitute and then touch her inappropriately.
