Kane In Your Corner previously reported about the allegations that former Sheriff Edward Bullock repeatedly raped children at the county youth shelter. Some county workers said that they suspected the abuse was happening.
One of those workers – a former sheriff’s officer – testified in court on Wednesday.
The attorney for Warren County insists that the county should not be held responsible for Bullock’s behavior because the sheriff was an elected official who was acting on his own.
