Maria Gatti, of Coram, says it's now been six months, and she still does not have the furniture she bought last winter.
"Here we are in October, and I still don't have my living room furniture, and it's not just a couch, it's a couch, a love seat, tables," she said.
Gatti says she bought a living room set from Gallery Furniture on Route 112 in Medford for $2,200.
She says she did receive the bedroom set she bought from the store but has no idea when the rest will arrive.
"They have no ETA, it's just out there somewhere," said Gatti.
Other people say they've ordered furniture from the store and have not received it, either. Gallery Furniture has dozens of complaints against it on the Better Business Bureau's website.
The Better Business Bureau's site says the store isn't BBB accredited, and it shows 65 complaints in the last three years, with many saying they ordered furniture that still has not come.
Another Coram resident said off camera she ordered her couch from Gallery Furniture in 2019, and it took more than a year to arrive.
"They're not acting the way they should act, and I think it's wrong," Gatti said.
The owner of Gallery Furniture told News 12 over the phone they offer customers like Gatti loaner furniture while they wait for the items they bought to be delivered.
He says he also offered Gatti a $300 gift card to the store.
The owner says Gatti's sofa is not in stock, and the store itself is waiting on delivery from a factory.
