Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Addison Green says to expect a sunny and warm Wednesday followed by a chance of rain during the end of the workweek.
NEW: After a glorious day Wednesday, the cloud cover returns along with humidity. Scattered showers are possible for the Thursday afternoon hours.
NEXT: Batches of rain move in for the first half of Friday, with lingering shower chances for the afternoon hours as a storm system approaches. The Friday morning commute could be slowed down by rain and isolated storms. Drier conditions slowly move in for the weekend ahead.
OVERNIGHT: Clear skies, mild temperatures, low levels of humidity and a light breeze. Lows: mid 50s to low 60s.
WEDNESDAY: Mainly sunny skies, a light breeze and low levels of humidity. Highs: mid 70s to low 80s. Lows: upper 50s to low 60s.
THURSDAY: A mix of sun and clouds to mostly cloudy with rising humidity and a few scattered showers. There will be breezy winds at times. Highs: low to mid 70s. Lows: upper 60s to low 70s.
FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy with batches of moderate to heavy rain in the first half of the day and scattered showers for the second half. Expect breezy winds from time to time. Highs: mid to upper 70s. Lows: mid to upper 60s.
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy with an isolated shower chance, mainly in the late day hours. Highs: upper 70s to low 80s. Lows: upper 50s to low 60s.
SUNDAY: A mix of sun and clouds. Highs: mid 70s. Lows: upper 50s to low 60s.
MONDAY: Partly sunny. Highs: mid to upper 70s. Lows: upper 50s to low 60s.
