The man convicted of drunk driving four times in 10 years is now in ICE custody after he was caught driving without a license.

The Suffolk District Attorney's Office says Pablo Aguilar-Alvarez's license was revoked after his DWI conviction earlier this month.

Detectives then pulled him over driving Monday on Main Street in Riverhead. The El Salvador native was detained by ICE after processing.

The district attorney's office says it's now requesting he be brought back to Suffolk County for his October sentencing.
