A runaway Chinese space station is heading for a crash landing on Earth, and where it may hit is just about anybody's guess.

The "Tiangong-1" served as an experimental lab for astronauts since 2011 until it lost contact in 2016. It malfunctioned and stopped sending data back.

The space station weighs almost 9 tons and is the size of a school bus. Experts believe it will crash land sometime between March 31 and April 1.

Experts at the Cradle of Aviation Museum say there is a better chance of winning Powerball than being struck by a piece of the Chinese space station. 

Experts believe the space station will likely burn up before it reaches the ground.

If someone does come into contact with a piece of the station, they are being urged by authorities not to touch it and to call police.
