Investors will be watching shares of AT&T and Time Warner after the Justice Department said it would sue to block their $85 billion merger.
The government says it's concerned the merged company would mean less competition and higher prices for customers. However, some say the Trump administration is just trying to force Time Warner to sell CNN, which it calls “fake news.”
