Celine Dion revealed this morning in a video message that she has been diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder called stiff-person syndrome.
"I've been dealing with problems with my health for a long time, and it’s been really difficult for me to face these challenges and to talk about everything that I’ve been going through," she said in the
emotional video.
It was also announced that she is rescheduling spring 2023 shows to 2024, and canceling eight of her summer 2023 shows, due to health problems.
"It hurts me to tell you that I won't be ready to restart my tour in Europe in February," Dion said in an Instagram post.
The condition, she says, is affecting every aspect of her daily life, including walking and the use of her vocal chords.
