Capital One says a technical issue with a third-party vendor is affecting some account services, deposits and payment processing.

The bank says a system restoration is underway, but not everything is fully restored.

The service provider, FIS, says the issue has been fixed on its end and it is working to help people get their money.

At the Plainview branch on Manetto Hill Road, a person who banks with Capital One says her direct deposit didn’t come Friday.

She says she was able to get some money out of her account from a teller, but she doesn’t know when she’ll see her paycheck.

“I just went and spoke to a teller and no answers, they just said hopefully tonight. I don’t know what that means, but I guess I won’t be banking with Capital One anymore," said Shari Gold, of Plainview.

There is no word yet when Capital One’s services will be fully back up and running.
