Brooklyn man accused of dragging woman to Queens subway station

A man from Brooklyn has been charged with the harassment and unlawful imprisonment of a woman in Queens.

Police say 23-year-old Arif Nour, of Red Hook, approached the victim near 46 Street on April 20 and began talking to her.

He is accused of restraining her as she attempted to walk away, then carrying her to a subway station.

After arriving at the station, he fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.

The woman was uninjured, according to police.

Police released a description of Nour, who remained at large until his arrest on May 4.
