A Bronx teacher is accused of video taping a student who was staying in his home. The 15-year-old student said he was staying at the home of 54-year-old Francisco Acevedo in May. According to the student, Acevedo videotaped him while he used the bathroom in the teacher's home. Police say the boy didn't come forward with the charges until recently. The South Bronx Preparatory High School teacher is charged with unlawful surveillance and child endangerment. Police say they're not sure how long the student was staying with Acevedo or why.
