? Bronx officials are calling for the mayor to make Medicare information available on the city?s 311 information hotline.

Some Bronx Medicare recipients say they have been unable to fill prescriptions and get information since the program changed. Local lawmakers say making information available on 311 would assist seniors and disabled residents.

Elected officials also want 311 operators to provide callers with information on requesting drugs not included in their plan.
