A Bronx-based mortgage expert is helping people understand and navigate the process of buying a home in 2024.

Mark Fisher, the regional vice president of UNMB Home Loans in The Bronx, says 90% of all millionaires became millionaires through owning real estate, and he wants to help people jump in.

Fisher will be holding a free workshop on Sunday, Jan. 14 to help answer questions people may have about how to get started in buying a home and what homeownership looks like.
