It will be a book bonanza at the West Islip Public Library on Friday.
A book sale being held by the Friends of the West Islip Library includes books from the 1800s.
The proceeds from the sale go directly to the library.
The sale’s organizers say there’s something for everyone - from Nancy Drew books to "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss to a nearly 100-year-old atlas.
The sale is from noon to 5 p.m. on Friday, May 31 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 1.
The “antique” books are 100 years or older and the “vintage” books date back at least 50 years.
