A suspected Bloods gang member was sentenced to 25 years to life for a second time on Wednesday in connection to a Freeport shooting.
Prosecutors say Floyd McNeil shot two men inside the bathroom of Martin Luther King Jr. Park. A 21-year-old was killed and another man was injured.
The men happened to be at the park during a Bloods meeting, prosecutors say.
McNeil is already serving the same sentence for a 2019 Hempstead shooting.
He has been convicted on two weapons charges and a robbery in Suffolk County.
