Each year, the annual Broadway Supports the Long Island High School for the Arts helps to raise money for local scholarships for students who want to pursue a career in the arts.
The fundraising musical event brings Broadway professionals and performing arts students on stage to help promote awareness about the importance of arts education.
Students preformed with Broadway stars from "Ragtime," "Dear Evan Hansen," "Six the Musical" and "The Lion King."
"Watching these amazing young artists thriving on stage is great. We all came from these same roots," says Broadway actress Mia Pinero.
The Broadway group hopes to raise $10,000 for arts education on Long Island.
