Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone gave a COVID-19 update on Memorial Day, where he spoke about the importance of the day, and updated the county's figures.

- Hospitalizations continue to decrease - 343 total - decrease by 31.
- ICU bed decrease to 111 - decrease by 8.
- 'One of the lowest we've seen' - Death toll increases by 6 to 1,840.
- 64% hospital capacity.
- 38 COVID-19 hospital discharges.
