Bay Shore girl paints seashells yellow and blue to raise money for Ukraine

Kai Moran and her family also raised money when Hurricane Maria wreaked havoc on Puerto Rico.

A Bay Shore girl is using seashells to raise money for those affected by the war in Ukraine.
Kai Moran is painting driftwood and seashells yellow and blue, the colors of the Ukrainian flag.
She started the mission over the week.
Moran and her family also raised money when Hurricane Maria wreaked havoc on Puerto Rico.
So far, Moran has raised about $800. She hopes to get to her goal of raising $2,000.
