The Baldwin Fire Department is celebrating 125 years of serving the community.

They are having a day of events to celebrate, including a drill and tournament at the Firemen’s Field and Training Center that starts at 10 a.m.

There is a parade at the department headquarters at 6 p.m.

A back-to-school event is also being hosted by the mother of rapper Nicki Minaj.

Carol Maraj is hosting a pop-up shop at her home on Middle Bay Drive.

Item up for sale include clothing, bag and hair care products.

Proceed will help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
