An aviation company is offering to pay $14 million Tuesday to buy Dowling College's Brookhaven campus in Shirley.
Triple Five Aviation says it is ready to buy the 105-acre property. The land includes an airplane hangar, a dorm, an athletic complex, office buildings and classrooms.
According to Newsday, the bankruptcy court will be asked to approve the sale to Triple Five Aviation at a hearing on June 4.
Dowling College went bankrupt and closed in 2016.
