The attorney for the man accused of killing two Roslyn teens in a wrong-way crash says his client was unlawfully denied bail.

Amandeep Singh's lawyer is appealing a Nassau judge's ruling to try and get his client out of jail before trial.

Police say Singh drove drunk the wrong way on North Broadway and killed two 14-year-olds -- Drew Hassenbein and Ethan Falkowitz -- earlier this month in Jericho.

The Nassau DA's office says it will fight to keep Singh behind bars.

The matter heads to court Friday.
