2ds agoAn Arizona man has pled guilty to murdering his friend on the Long Island Rail Road in 2022.
Prosecutors say Nicholas D'Agostino shot Wyandanch's Yusef Staine in the head and torso while they were on a train from Ronkonkoma.
D'Agostino was arrested in Yonkers a year later, according to authorities.
He faces up to life in prison when he is sentenced.
