State Attorney General Letitia James is demanding Nassau County to rescind a recent executive order.

James is demanding Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman to remove the order that illegally banned transgender women and girls from participating in women and girls’ teams at county-run sports facilities.

However, Blakeman said it is an unfair advantage having someone who is a biological male compete against a biological female.
