Adventureland pledges over $250K to take on Long Island food insecurity

The Farmingdale staple is working with Island Harvest to support several hunger relief initiatives.

Adventureland is pledging more than $250,000 to help address food insecurity issue on Long Island.
The Farmingdale staple is working with Island Harvest to support several hunger relief initiatives, including holiday turkey drives and school pantry programs, over the next three years.
Part of the money collected from arcade cards will also go to a college scholarship fund that helps economically disadvantaged kids enrolled in the food programs.
The amusement park will also be giving out 100 admission passes through the program.
