Another lawsuit has been filed in connection with the tragic deadly bus crash that occurred in Waywayanda last fall.
According to online court documents, the lawsuit was filed on behalf of Long Island parent Christopher Malanga and his daughter.
It states that the girl "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" in the crash.
The suit also names the bus company and one of its drivers, accusing each defendant of negligence.
This marks at least the 14th lawsuit to stem from the crash.
