Soldier Chris Levi, of Holbrook, had his life changed in an instant when he became the victim of a roadside bomb in Iraq.
He lost both his legs and is now learning to walk again with prosthetics at Walter Reed in Washington D.C.
Despite his horrible ordeal, the Army corporal has no regrets and says he wouldn't give any of his experience back.
News 12 Long Island's Doug Geed spent time with Levi as he starts a new chapter in his life.
